Domain registration and business email are separate unless explicitly quoted. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately, at an indicative rate of £40/hour.
Ownership, access, cancellation and migration arrangements must be clearly agreed before work begins. We'll confirm the full price, service inclusions and any third-party charges in your quote.
Yes. Website design and development is a one-off charge. Hosting is charged monthly and is quoted separately, so both costs are clear before you commit.
No. Website creation and hosting are separate services. If you want another provider, we will agree the technical requirements, access and handover arrangements before the build starts.
Often, yes. We first review the site, its technical requirements and access to the current setup. Migration work, any limitations and costs are agreed before proceeding.

Yes. Extra pages, forms, integrations or other requirements can be included in an individually agreed scope. Work beyond the original scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Additional work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately, at an indicative rate of £40/hour. Website Care includes up to 30 minutes of minor content changes each month. We agree what counts as a minor change and quote separately for work beyond the allowance.
Yes. We agree ownership, access, cancellation and migration arrangements before work begins, including any assistance or costs for a later handover.
Yes, maintenance can be arranged with Managed Hosting and Website Care. The tasks, frequency and support covered are agreed for your site. Basic infrastructure monitoring is enabled, and Managed Hosting and Website Care include hosting-provider VPS backups. Any site-specific recovery requirements are discussed separately.
